Black and white photograph of a man standing on the corner of Traill Street and Cowie Lane, the building currently occupied by the Clydesdale Bank. Though the identity of the man is unknown it could possibly be a local character by the name of Robbie, later photographs of which are in the collection. In the distance, the building of what would become Lindsay's Ironmongers is taking place. The older building having been demolished because of its poor condition.
